The last time I was there, there was a new development going up in the area, and I was able to check out their interior and find out what sort of activities they have going on.

If you are looking at condos in a neighborhood where they are being used as a vacation spot for the community, then it is a good sign. I am sure that condos in the area will be being used primarily for vacation rentals, but that doesn’t mean that the condos aren’t being used for other things. This is just a good sign that the current situation is going well for the existing homeowners.

The condos are going to be ready for renovation next month when the new owners move in, but the neighborhood is getting plenty of use for them as a vacation rental. It will be interesting and exciting to see what a new owner does with them.

The current park building is not even that. It’s just a building that sits there and sits there, and in five years it hopefully won’t be needed.
